YOUR WORKFLOW. YOUR CHOICE.

Your CRM comes first.
AI is optional.

Run your entire sales process with people and reliable rules. Enable assistance only where it helps, with clear boundaries, review steps and a human route forward.

Human-led mode is ready.

No model, provider key or AI subscription is needed for the core workflow.

01

Use every core sales workflow with AI switched off.

02

Choose specific assistance tasks instead of an all-or-nothing dependency.

03

Escalate uncertainty or provider outages to your people.

THE EVERYDAY CHALLENGE

A good opportunity
shouldn’t get lost.

A sales workflow that depends on a model response can stall when a provider is unavailable, a budget is reached or the team chooses to work manually.

A connected way forward.

Keep the core CRM independent. Add AI as a controlled assistance layer, with a global off switch and per-feature configuration.

HOW IT COMES TOGETHER

A clear process.
A useful next step.

The workflow is visible, understandable and available to your team without AI.

01

Start human-first

Capture, assign, qualify, follow up and close using manual controls and deterministic rules. AI is off by default.

02

Enable selectively

Configure permitted drafting, summarisation or qualification support. Decide what information and actions the assistant may access.

03

Keep the fallback ready

Choose a human owner, approval boundary and failure route. Stop assistance without stopping the customer journey.

THE DETAILS THAT MAKE IT WORK

Give the team clarity.
Keep the controls close.

Global AI control

A clear on/off preference with manual alternatives beside the feature.

Human approval

Review outbound drafts and consequential actions before execution.

Scope & limits

Define knowledge sources, allowed tasks and escalation conditions.

Provider independence

An unavailable model returns work to the human team or queue.

Human-first is a working principle.

Manual entry, qualification, assignment and progression remain available. Optional AI can assist without controlling the core journey.

Will we be forced to enable AI later?

The product architecture treats AI as optional. Core intake, ownership, pipeline, tasks and reporting are not dependent on an AI provider.

Which AI model does Leadvera use?

When your administrator switches AI on and an AI provider is configured, assistance runs on Claude. Without a provider, AI features stay unavailable and every workflow continues manually.

What happens when AI is disabled?

Manual composition and qualification remain available. Routing uses the configured human fallback and open AI-owned leads can return to the human assignment queue.
