A workspace built on respect.

Practical boundaries for protecting people, customer relationships and the service.

Leadvera Ltd (trading as Leadvera)

1. Use the workspace for legitimate relationships

Leadvera is for lawful business enquiries and customer relationships. Obtain appropriate authority before uploading records, connecting channels or contacting a person. Do not use an account to misrepresent another organisation or individual.

2. Respect communication choices

Do not send deceptive, unsolicited or abusive bulk communications. Respect unsubscribe, suppression and do-not-contact records across every channel that is connected.

A new campaign or data import must not erase a person’s existing communication preferences. Live outreach requires the appropriate notices, permissions and provider compliance for the relevant channel.

3. Protect people and their rights

Do not use the service to harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against people. Do not publish private information without authority or collect excessive information unrelated to the relationship.

AI scores and suggested actions must not be treated as a substitute for accountable review of decisions with significant effects on individuals.

4. Protect the service

Do not attempt unauthorised access, credential theft, malware distribution or disruption of the platform or connected systems. Do not bypass access controls, rate limits or tenant boundaries.

Security testing must take place within an expressly authorised scope. Report a suspected vulnerability through a critical support request; do not include sensitive evidence until we reply.

5. Respect data and intellectual property

Only upload, import or share content you are authorised to use. Preserve required attribution and confidentiality. Do not use integrations to obtain information beyond the permissions granted by the account owner.

6. Use automation responsibly

Set sensible triggers, limits and stop conditions. Confirm recipient, channel and context before external actions are enabled. Keep human ownership and a recovery route for exceptions.

Automation runs and AI actions are recorded in the workspace’s activity and audit history, so they can be reviewed without exposing unnecessary personal information.

7. Reporting and response

Leadvera investigates reports proportionately and explains the available appeal or remediation steps. Urgent protection may require immediate restriction, subject to applicable law and agreed terms.

To report abuse, write to support@unisticgroup.com or send a support request from the Help centre with the priority set to Critical. You will receive a reference number.
