TURN A RING INTO A RELATIONSHIP

Every call deserves
a clear next step.

Capture caller context, assign follow-up and keep the outcome attached to the customer. A phone conversation becomes a shared record your whole team can understand.

Human-first. AI optional.

FROM SOURCE TO NEXT STEP

An intake path
your team can follow.

01

Receive the event

A connected phone provider sends an inbound call event or an agent logs the call manually.

02

Identify the enquiry

Match a normalised phone number, attach the call activity and ask for missing details.

03

Own the follow-up

Assign a person or team queue, record the outcome and schedule the next contact.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT

The right access.
The right foundations.

Confirm provider support and organisation approval before implementation. A setup screen alone does not grant access to the service.

Review the implementation controls
  • An approved telephony provider and authorised business numbers.
  • A verified event endpoint with signed webhook validation.
  • An agreed call recording and notice policy where recording is used.
The CRM does not wait for an integration.

Agents can create a lead, log the call and assign follow-up without telephony integration or AI. Core follow-up and pipeline tools work with AI off.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Know what happens
behind the connection.

How do I connect calls?

Create a lead source in your workspace, choose the channel and send events to its intake address with the source’s API key. Each event is checked, deduplicated and assigned by your rules.

How are duplicates and repeated events handled?

The production design separates contact matching from event idempotency. Normalised contact identifiers help associate the person; provider event IDs prevent repeated processing.

Can we choose the human owner?

Yes. Manual assignment and deterministic routing remain available. AI is optional, with human fallback when it is disabled or unavailable.

PUT THE PICTURE TOGETHER

Give your next enquiry a clear path.

Map the source, agree the workflow and put the team in control.
