1. Cookies and related technologies

Cookies are one way to keep information on a device. Leadvera uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and a little browser storage to remember choices you make on this website.

Cloudflare, which hosts the service, may set its own strictly necessary security cookies; those are described in Cloudflare’s cookie policy.

2. What Leadvera stores on your device

Everything else, including your workspace records, is stored on Leadvera’s servers, not in your browser.

NameType and purposeDuration
lv_sessionCookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure over HTTPS). Keeps you signed in to your workspace.30 days, renewed while you use the workspace; removed when you sign out
leadvera-cookie-preferencesBrowser storage. Remembers the choices you make in Cookie preferences.Until you change or clear it
leadvera-ui-guide-<guide>Browser storage. Remembers the checklist items you tick in a resource guide.Until you clear it
leadvera-report-views:<workspace>Browser storage, signed-in users only. Keeps the report views you save on the Reports page of that workspace, in this browser.Until you delete the views or clear it

3. Choice categories

Necessary storage supports the experience you request: keeping you signed in and remembering your consent choices. It is always on.

The preference manager separates optional preferences, analytics and marketing categories. Leadvera does not currently use any analytics or advertising service, so enabling a category records your choice and loads nothing. If we add such a service, it will only run after you opt in.

  • Necessary: service and choice-management functions.
  • Preferences: optional convenience settings when configured.
  • Analytics: audience measurement, if an approved service is added.
  • Marketing: advertising or cross-site tracking, if explicitly approved and enabled.

4. Changing your choices

Use Cookie settings to review or change your choices. Optional categories are off until chosen. Continuing to browse is not presented as consent.

You can also remove site data in your browser. Doing so signs you out and removes your saved preferences; your workspace records are not affected, because they are stored on Leadvera’s servers.

5. Before adding a new technology

Before adding any new cookie or storage item we add it to this policy with its purpose and duration, and optional items never load before you opt in.

Withdrawing a choice is as easy as giving it: reopen Cookie settings at any time. Questions about cookies: privacy@unisticgroup.com.

Review your storage choices.

You can reopen the preference manager whenever you need it.
