Explore the platformGetting startedHow do I start with a human-only workflow?
Leave the global AI switch off. Create or import a lead, choose a human owner, record the qualification details and add the next task. You can move the opportunity through the pipeline and record a sale without an AI provider.
Read the AI-optional guideLeads & pipelineHow are leads from different channels organised?
Each lead keeps its original source, contact details, owner and stage. Lead sources accept calls, email, social media and website enquiries through signed intake addresses, and every enquiry lands in the same lead list.
Explore channel setupLeads & pipelineCan I review duplicates before importing?
Yes. The import checks every CSV row, validates contact fields and skips invalid or duplicate records before anything is saved. Duplicates found later can be merged, keeping the history of both records.
See lead managementLeads & pipelineWhat happens when a lead is closed?
A won opportunity records the agreed sale value and date. A lost opportunity records a loss reason and can retain notes. The history stays visible, and pipeline and report totals update straight away.
Explore the pipelineTeam & AIWhat happens if an AI provider is unavailable?
Work falls back to a human owner or the manual assignment queue. AI-assisted work can pause without blocking manual intake, qualification, follow-up or closure. The routing simulator shows which fallback a lead would take.
Review AI boundariesTeam & AICan I add a new human agent?
Yes. Invite the person from Settings so they can sign in, then add them in Team & AI agents with their responsibilities, region and capacity. They appear in assignment controls across the workspace straight away.
Open the team workspaceData & accessWhere is our workspace data stored?
In Leadvera’s server-side database and file storage, hosted on Cloudflare and encrypted at rest by the platform. Your team sees the same records from any device once signed in.
Read privacy informationData & accessAre role permissions enforced?
Yes, on the server. Every request is checked against the signed-in user’s role (owner, admin, manager, agent or viewer) and their workspace, whatever the interface shows.
Visit the Trust centreData & accessHow do I manage cookie preferences?
Use Cookie preferences in the website footer to review and save your choices. The cookie policy lists the cookies and browser storage Leadvera uses.
Read the cookie policyIntegrationsDoes a reply from the inbox reach the customer?
Yes, when your workspace has a provider for that channel: email through your email provider, SMS through your messaging provider. Without one, the reply is recorded in the conversation and marked as not delivered, so nobody assumes it went out.
See the shared inboxIntegrationsHow should we plan a migration?
Start with source fields, ownership, record volumes, duplicates and communication permissions. Test a small anonymised import, validate the results, and agree retention and rollback before bringing in live data.
