Provider
Leadvera Ltd (trading as Leadvera)
Registered office
London, United Kingdom
Governing law
England and Wales

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Leadvera Ltd (trading as Leadvera), with its registered office in London, United Kingdom, and the organisation that signs up for or orders the service (the customer). They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.

The order form names the customer’s authorised signatory and the plan. Where the order form, these terms, the data processing agreement and any service-level schedule differ, the order form takes precedence, then the data processing agreement, then these terms.

2. Service scope

Leadvera organises lead intake, customer context, team ownership, communication, tasks, appointments and sales opportunities. The plan in the order form sets the seats, limits, integrations and support included.

Leadvera is a hosted CRM: a shared multi-user workspace with lead intake, conversations, pipeline, tasks, calendar, documents, routing, automations, campaigns and reports. Email, messaging and AI providers are optional connections with their own terms.

3. Accounts and authorised users

Customer administrators invite only authorised users, assign appropriate roles, keep contact and billing details current and remove access that is no longer needed. Credentials must not be shared.

Each user signs in with their own account. Workspace owners and administrators invite users, assign roles and deactivate access; roles are enforced by the service for every request. Customers are responsible for the users they invite and for keeping credentials private.

4. Customer data and instructions

The customer keeps all rights in its records and gives Leadvera Ltd the permissions needed to deliver the service under its documented instructions. The customer is responsible for the authority and accuracy of the data it provides.

The customer is responsible for its collection notices, outreach permissions and lawful use of calling, email and social channels. Special-category information must not be stored in the service unless agreed in writing.

5. Responsible use

Use must respect the acceptable-use policy, third-party rights and applicable law. The service must not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, discriminatory decision-making, malware or unauthorised access.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we tell the customer why and how to resolve it. Urgent security action is kept separate from routine commercial disputes.

6. AI and third-party services

AI is an optional function. Core CRM work continues through manual actions and deterministic routing when AI is disabled or unavailable. Teams remain responsible for reviewing communications and significant decisions.

Connected email, messaging and AI providers may have their own terms and charges. The order form records which connections Leadvera Ltd provides and which the customer brings.

7. Subscription, fees and changes

Plan prices, billing cycle, taxes, currency, seat limits, usage charges and any implementation fee are specified in the signed order form. No price, free trial, renewal period or discount is committed by this website.

The order form explains seat changes, overages, renewal notices, payment issues and price-change procedures. Optional AI usage is kept separate from the core CRM subscription.

8. Availability and support

Support hours, channels, response targets, maintenance procedures and any availability commitment are agreed in your order form. The status page shows a live health check of the service; it is not an availability commitment.

No service credit or availability percentage is promised here. Monitoring, incident response and any applicable remedies are defined in the relevant service schedule.

9. Cancellation, export and termination

The cancellation and refunds policy explains how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect and how refunds are handled. Rights that cannot be excluded by law are not affected.

Workspace owners and administrators can export the workspace’s records at any time. The access window after cancellation, the deletion timetable, backups and any legal hold are set out in your order form.

10. Warranties, responsibility and disputes

Leadvera Ltd provides the service with reasonable skill and care. Liability limits and any service credits are set in the order form; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If a dispute arises, contact support@unisticgroup.com first so we can try to resolve it; disputes that cannot be resolved are decided by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes and notices

We tell workspace owners about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect; the version in force when an order is signed applies to that order until renewal.

Legal notices to Leadvera Ltd go to support@unisticgroup.com; notices to the customer go to the workspace owner’s email address.
